Strong B2C selling experience. Should have the experience of working in a challenging market condition Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team members Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and manage to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Responsibility for the profitability of the business Lead B2C sales team to deliver revenue targets and all related OKRs Develop market intelligence to identify potential new business opportunities and have a deep understanding of competition Develop market intelligence to monitor competition activities and their strategy Own and Manage complete B2C Sales Engine Funnel, pipeline and lead data Deliver periodic reporting to leadership providing key business insights Manage financial hygiene by enforcing robust processes around invoicing, discounting and collections Evaluate customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered Key Requirements: Must have 5+ Years of Digital sales experience in the B2C domain Must have Sales strategy and pipeline management experience The candidate must have successfully handled large sales target, with Proven work experience as a Sales Leader An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills The candidate must have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships
